On February 16, 2023, the 9th Technical Committee Meeting was held online. TC chair announced global paper submission status, and TC members studied and discussed the programme & track management plan, the paper review process and other relevant matters. Marit Brommer, TC Chair of WGC2023, presided over the meeting.

As of February 16, paper submission has been basically completed, and 940 papers have been submitted by authors from 70 countries around the world. Paper review and paper handling & programme design are about to be carried soon. At present, advocate team of each track has been established, and advocates have the responsibility to assign the paper to oral or poster. The deadline of paper review is the end of May and the deadline of paper handling & programme design is the end of July.
