Q: How to apply for a Visa?
A: According to the China Consular Service website, as of February 16, 2023, China has concluded mutual visa waiver agreements with the following 150 countries. An invitation letter from the event organizer is required to apply for a visa. The bid consortium will issue an invitation letter to each foreign participant of WGC2023 to help them obtain a Chinese visa smoothly.

visa@wgc2023.com from your registered email address. When your registration fee has been paid or exhibition contract has been signed, We will send you a formal invitation letter 2-3 workdays after receiving the information.

Q: How to book a hotel?
A: There is no designated hotel for the congress. You can book a hotel through other platforms. You can also review

Q: What is the fellowship policy for WGC2023? How to apply?
A: To apply for the fellowship, please read
this . Once your application has been approved by IGA, we will send an email to confirm it and a verification code will be attached. With this code, you can register and purchase conference tickets for 0 RMB. At the same time, we will arrange accommodation for you during the conference according to the hosting agreement, and the specific details will be notified by email. Please note that this fellowship only covers your conference ticket and accommodation during the three-day conference period. Other expenses such as round-trip airfare will still be borne by you personally.
