On May 19, 2022, the 5th Technical Committee Meeting was held online. TC members had in-depth discussions on issues including abstract review statistics, subdivision of R&D track, paper review process, call for reviewers and non-technical activities. Gregor Rumberg, TC Co-Chair of WGC2023, presided over the meeting, and Mr. Guo Dianbin, committee member and vice president of Sinopec Star attended the meeting.

Through discussion, the meeting decided that the deadline for abstract submission through the official TC mailbox (technicalprogramme@wgc2023.com) shall be the end of June 2022, while the TC shall continue the call for reviewers for WGC2023 technical programme. Scholars from all over the world who are willing to be reviewers could sign up at https://technicalprogramme.wgc2023.com/ using the keycode review2023.
